Kinbrook Group Continues UK Expansion with Series of Strategic Acquisitions

Kinbrook Group has continued to strengthen its UK-wide professional services platform through a series of carefully selected acquisitions, reinforcing its commitment to regional expertise, long-term partnership, and sustainable growth.

Since establishing the group in 2023, Kinbrook has focused on bringing together high-quality professional services firms that share a common ethos: strong local reputations, deep client relationships, and a people-first approach to growth. Each business joining the group retains its own identity and autonomy, while benefiting from the support, investment, and collaborative platform Kinbrook provides.

The group’s first acquisition came in September 2023, with the addition of Duncan & Toplis, a long-established accountancy and advisory firm with a strong presence across the Midlands. This marked the foundation of Kinbrook’s hub-based model, centred on respected regional champions.

Building on that momentum, Kinbrook expanded into London in September 2024 through the acquisition of Haines Watts North London, further strengthening its footprint in the capital and adding complementary expertise to the group.

In January 2025, Kinbrook completed a significant step forward with the acquisition of Beavis Morgan LLP, alongside Moorfields Advisory. This combination broadened the group’s service offering and reinforced its presence in London and the South East, while maintaining the distinct identities and market positions of both firms.

The same month also saw the addition of ALG, further enhancing the group’s specialist capabilities and sector coverage.

Kinbrook’s expansion continued into February 2025 with the acquisition of Underwood Green, followed by Torr Waterfield in June 2025. Both firms brought established client bases, strong regional reputations, and teams aligned with Kinbrook’s collaborative, long-term approach.

Most recently, in July 2025, Kinbrook welcomed NA Associates into the group, continuing its steady and disciplined growth trajectory.

Across each acquisition, Kinbrook’s strategy has remained consistent: invest in people, preserve what makes each firm successful, and provide the infrastructure, guidance, and shared platform needed to support future growth. Rather than imposing a single brand or operating model, the group acts as a supportive partner—enabling its hubs and specialist firms to thrive while remaining deeply rooted in their local markets.

As Kinbrook looks ahead, the group remains focused on expanding selectively across the UK, building a connected network of trusted professional services firms that deliver lasting value for clients, communities, and people alike.
