Old Mill, together with its outsourced finance division Brook Financial, has joined Kinbrook Group as the Group’s newest regional hub. This marks Kinbrook’s second hub addition in 2025 and a significant expansion of its footprint across the South West of England.
The combination sees Old Mill become Kinbrook’s anchor business in the South West, serving clients from five offices across Exeter, Yeovil, Wells, Chippenham and Ilminster. With more than 350 professionals in the region, Old Mill brings deep local expertise across accountancy, tax, wealth management and business advisory, complemented by Brook Financial’s specialist outsourced finance and payroll services.
Both Old Mill and Brook Financial will continue to operate under their existing brands, retaining their leadership teams, client relationships and established ways of working. As part of Kinbrook, they will benefit from national infrastructure, shared innovation and group-wide collaboration—strengthening their ability to invest in their people and deliver long-term value for clients.
