With over 30 years of executive and board-level experience in financial services, private equity and governance, I bring a strategic and independent perspective to my role as Group Chair at Kinbrook. I have held Chair, CEO, COO and CFO positions, and led regulated institutions through growth, transformation and successful M&A, always with a focus on strong governance and long-term stakeholder value.
I am passionate about helping businesses scale responsibly, building high-performing boards and aligning commercial outcomes with purpose. I believe deeply in Kinbrook’s model of backing regional excellence with national investment. As Chair, I work closely with the leadership team to guide long-term strategy, ensure robust oversight and support the sustainable growth of our national network.
With over 25 years of experience across a range of sectors and disciplines, I am proud to be part of Kinbrook’s journey to help successful businesses grow and thrive. My background spans finance, strategy, marketing and commercial leadership, including leading a private equity-backed financial services group.
I have always found the most rewarding work comes from collaborating with ambitious, values-driven teams. I bring a client- and team-focused mindset to my role as Group CFO, where I am responsible for unlocking the potential of our firms, supporting performance improvement and driving long-term, sustainable growth.
With over 30 years of global experience in technology leadership, I have worked across sectors including healthcare, biotech, retail and professional services. My focus has always been on aligning technology with business strategy to drive meaningful and lasting impact. As Group CTO at Kinbrook, I am responsible for shaping and delivering a technology strategy that empowers our regional firms, supports our people and enhances the services we provide to clients.
I am passionate about building collaborative, high-performing teams and simplifying complexity through digital innovation. At Kinbrook, I see technology as a key enabler of sustainable growth—helping us connect capabilities, unlock insight and deliver long-term value across the Group.
With more than 20 years’ experience leading growth, marketing, communications and strategy across the professional services sector, including accountancy, legal and consulting, I have worked with firms across the US and Europe. I am passionate about helping organisations grow through clarity of strategy, trusted relationships and high-performing teams.
As Kinbrook’s Chief Growth Officer, I lead our efforts to drive strategic growth across the Group. I am proud to work alongside exceptional colleagues to build a bold, collaborative and people-first business with regional strength and national impact.
As a Chartered Accountant with nearly a decade of M&A experience across Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Corporate Development, I am passionate about helping professional services businesses grow and evolve. I have supported high-quality organisations in achieving their strategic ambitions and most recently played a key role in building one of the UK’s largest wealth management firms.
At Kinbrook, I work closely with our hubs to shape the Group’s corporate development agenda, supporting targeted M&A and long-term value creation for our clients, our people and our shareholders.
With four decades of experience advising businesses across a wide range of sectors, I bring both strategic perspective and commercial insight to my role as Chairman of the Beavis Morgan Group, including Moorfields Advisory. I focus on supporting entrepreneurial businesses through corporate finance, growth strategy and solving complex challenges.
As both an investor and advisor, I have seen the value of pragmatic, long-term guidance in helping organisations realise their potential. Being part of Kinbrook enables us to scale our capabilities nationally while preserving the agility and client-first mindset that define our firms.
Since joining Duncan & Toplis in 1996, I have had the opportunity to work across many areas of the business, all while embracing a people-first culture that has helped us grow into a team of over 500 professionals. Having begun my career with a Big Four firm before joining Old Mill in 2006, I have more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, advising owner-managed businesses and the individuals who created them. Being part of Kinbrook Group enables us to expand our national reach while maintaining the local independence and trusted relationships our clients depend on.
It is a privilege to be part of the talented Kinbrook team and help build a high-quality, people-centric accounting group. While I hold accounting and tax qualifications, my real passion lies in working with colleagues who share a commitment to quality, growth and innovation. I spent nearly 30 years at Blick Rothenberg, building the tax and international business practices and later serving as CEO after private equity investment.
